Edward Jaucian, P.T., CM
Edward is the center manager at our Aliante location and brings more than 25 years of experience in physical therapy. He is passionate about educating and empowering his patients to take an active role in their recovery. Known for his supportive and encouraging approach, Edward is dedicated to having a positive impact on the lives of those he treats. His leadership helps create a welcoming and results-driven environment at the clinic. Outside of work, Edward enjoys playing video games, watching anime and reading manga.
David Graff, P.T., MOMT
David is a licensed physical therapist with over 33 years of clinical experience, specializing in orthopedics and manual therapy. He focuses on delivering individualized, hands-on care to help patients restore function, reduce pain and achieve long-term mobility.
A unique highlight of his career includes working as a physical therapist both on-site and off-site with Cirque du Soleil productions.
He earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Daemen College and master's degree in orthopedic manual therapy from The Ola Grimsby Institute.
David enjoys spending time with his family, training his Belgian Malinois, cheering on the Raiders, attending concerts, shooting and working on classic cars.
Jason Yuag, P.T., DPT
Jason earned his physical therapy degree from Samuel Merritt University and has been practicing since 2019. He has clinical expertise in sports rehabilitation, orthopedics and manual therapy. Jason is committed to helping patients return to their active lifestyles through individualized, evidence-based care. He enjoys spending time with his family and staying active at the gym.
Jennifer Maples, PTA
Jennifer is a licensed physical therapist assistant who received her education from LakeLand College in Mattoon, Illinois. She has been practicing since 2010 and has a strong interest in manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation. Jennifer is passionate about helping patients regain mobility and return to the activities they love. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping and kayaking. Her favorite companion on outdoor adventures is her 10-year-old English Mastiff.

Community Involvement
Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.
Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

OrthoVive Joint Health
Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint.
