Our Team

Sean Ellis, P.T., MPT

Sean is a market manager who has been working in the physical therapy field since 1990. He served seven years in the United States Air Force as a physical therapist assistant, earning the Physical Therapist Assistant of the Year Award for Air Force Space Command in both 1994 and 1995. After his service, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor's degree in pre-professional physical therapy and completed his master's degree in physical therapy in 2001. Sean specializes in orthopedics with a focus on spine care, manual therapy and is certified in dry needling. He enjoys playing bass and traveling.

Louise Trent, P.T., MPT

With over 30 years of clinical experience, Louise brings a deep and well-rounded background across nearly every scope of physical therapy practice, including acute care and trauma, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, spinal cord rehabilitation, chronic disease management and group exercise program development. For the past 12 years, she has been practicing in an outpatient setting in Las Vegas, where she has developed a strong interest in orthopedics.

Louise holds numerous advanced certifications, including orthopedic manual therapist, dry needling, functional nutritional counselor, pranic healing and meditation and mindfulness.

Louise is passionate about mindfulness practices and working with athletes on mental performance training. She also enjoys fine dining and spending time with her amazing children.

Louise earned a bachelor's degree in human movement studies from the University of Queensland and master's degree in physical therapy from Simmons University .

Janet Lamoree, PTA

Janet is a physical therapist assistant who earned her bachelor's degree in community health with a minor in sports medicine from St. Cloud State University. She has practiced since 1988 and has a special interest in orthopedics, amputee care and sports rehabilitation. Janet enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dogs and tackling home projects. She's also a big fan of NASCAR and the San Francisco 49ers.

Anthony Villanueva, PTA

Anthony is a licensed physical therapist assistant who received his education from Carrington College. He began practicing in 2024 and brings a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Anthony has extensive knowledge in neurological, cardiac and musculoskeletal systems, with a focus on intervention-based practices. He is passionate about helping patients regain function and improve quality of life. Anthony is dedicated to continuing his professional growth and delivering effective, evidence-based therapy.

Pia Dubois, OTR/L, CHT

Pia earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from the University of the Philippines and has been a certified hand therapist since 1999. She specializes in restoring function to individuals after injury, trauma or surgery to the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. A team member for more than 15 years, she has experience in managing acute orthopedic injuries and conditions such as wrist and finger fractures, tendon repairs, arthritis, fingertip amputations and repetitive strain injuries. Pia has worked in close quarters with a number of board-certified hand surgeons in the Las Vegas market. She is a recurrent guest lecturer for the occupational therapy program at Touro University, speaking on various hand therapy topics. She organized the first Select Therapy Hand Symposium in Las Vegas, which featured therapists from throughout the country as well as local physicians.

Sylvie Edmondson, MSOT, CHT

Sylvie has been a certified hand therapist since 2002. She received her degree from A.T. Still University (formerly Arizona School of Health Sciences) and specializes in orthosis fabrication, wound management and treatment of elbow, wrist and hand fractures. Sylvie is passionate about helping patients regain function and independence through expert, personalized care. She enjoys gardening, hiking, going to the gym, running and exploring new restaurants with friends. A lifelong athlete, she is training for her 18th marathon and was once invited to the U.S. Olympic tryouts for cross-country skiing in Alaska.

Community Involvement

Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.

Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

OrthoVive Joint Health

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint.
