Margret Winter, P.T., DPT, CM
Margret earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Kansas in 2018 and earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Missouri in 2021. With a background in competitive athletics, including Division 1 rowing and Division 2 tennis, she understands the physical demands of high-level sports and the importance of injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance optimization. Her firsthand experience as an athlete fuels her approach to physical therapy, allowing her to connect with patients on a deeper level — whether they are recovering from injury, looking to improve mobility or striving to return to peak performance. Outside of the center, Margret stays active playing tennis, pickleball and golf. She values an active lifestyle and believes in empowering her patients to do the same, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and goals. Margret is committed to evidence-based practice, patient education and compassionate care.
Kristin Palmer, P.T., DPT
Kristin is a physical therapist who has practiced since 2019. She holds bachelor's degrees in human biology, chemistry and Spanish from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a doctorate in physical therapy from Midwestern University in Illinois.
Kristin is certified in dry needling and Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation, specializing in conditions such as incontinence, pelvic pain and pregnancy/postpartum. She has special interests in sports rehabilitation, pelvic health and orthopedics. Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through health and fitness.
Mandy Stanton, PTA
Mandy earned an associate degree in physical therapy assistant from Carrington College in 2021. She was born and raised in Warrensburg, Missouri. Mandy has a unique background as a professional acrobat and dancer. This experience provides a deep understanding of movement, balance and body mechanics, which enhances her ability to assist patients in achieving optimal mobility and function. With a passion for helping others and a creative approach to rehabilitation, Mandy brings technical insight to her delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care. Dedicated to promoting health and wellness, she brings a dynamic perspective to the field of physical therapy. When Mandy is not working, she loves spending time with her kids, staying active with kickboxing and enjoying time with family. These activities keep her energized and help her to stay connected to what matters most in life.

Community Involvement
Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.
Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

OrthoVive Joint Health
Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint.
