Erin Calvert, P.T., DPT
Erin is the center manager for the Durango location. She earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2014 from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and doctorate of physical therapy in 2017 from Touro University Nevada. She is a dedicated physical therapist who provides evidence-based care with patient-centered goals. Erin enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has a passion for amputee and prosthetic physical therapy as well as orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Cassandra Larente, P.T., DPT
Cassandra earned her bachelor's degree in community health sciences with a kinesiology specialization from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her doctorate of physical therapy at Hawai'i Pacific University on the island of Oahu. As a recent graduate, she is passionate about orthopedics and is especially interested in expanding her expertise in treating TMJ dysfunction.
Cassandra enjoys attending Pilates classes, walking her dogs and reading. She also loves spending quality time with her friends and family.
Lady Alegre, PTA
Lady is a physical therapist assistant who earned her degree from Carrington College and has been practicing for more than 11 years. She brings extensive clinical expertise in sports rehabilitation, orthopedics and neurological care, helping patients recover and regain function through personalized treatment plans. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by playing various sports.
Joseph Termini, PTA
Joseph is a licensed physical therapist assistant who earned his associate degree from Carrington College in 2015. He has completed continuing education in areas such as limb loss, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques. With more than a decade of experience, Joseph specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, particularly shoulder and ankle recovery. He has a strong interest in bodybuilding and enjoys applying his knowledge of the mind and body to help patients achieve their goals. Outside of work, Joseph stays active through sports, hiking, working on his car and spending quality time with his family.

Community Involvement
Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.
Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint.
