Irene Khair, P.T., Center Manager
Irene is the Centennial center manager and has extensive experience working in different settings, including private-practice outpatient, skilled-nursing facilities and home health. She has managed cases for orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, power-wheelchair evaluations, vertigo/balance and hand therapy.
Irene believes in patient advocacy and compassionate care and has enthusiastically treated patients from ages 3 to 103. She earned a physical therapy degree from MUST University in Egypt in 2011. She enjoys hiking and traveling.
Sydnee Crawford, P.T., DPT
Sydnee earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Tarleton State University and her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She began her career in a skilled nursing facility and has developed a special interest in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation, while also expanding her practice into pelvic floor therapy. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, swimming or relaxing at home with a good book. A fun fact about Sydnee is that she was part of her hometown's synchronized swimming team for several years.
KiAna Tseu, OTR/L
KiAna graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor's in kinesiological sciences in 2018 and a doctorate in occupational therapy in 2022 from Touro University Nevada. KiAna is passionate about occupational therapy and consistently advocates for the profession at the state and national levels. She is devoted to creating occupation-based interventions for her patients to get them back to doing what they love. KiAna is a lifelong learner and is continuously striving to be current on evidence-based and client-centered treatment ideas to keep therapy "spicy." She is a Las Vegas local and enjoys traveling, spending quality time with loved ones and trying new food places in town.
Brianna Cathers, PTA
Brianna began her career as a physical therapist assistant in October 2025 after receiving her degree and training from Mohave Community College. She has developed strong interests in sports rehabilitation, pelvic health and orthopedics.
Brianna strives to provide the best possible care to every patient she serves. She finds her career especially rewarding when patients reach their goals through her care and the collaborative support of the entire therapy team.
She enjoys playing slow-pitch softball and volleyball, working out, hiking and spending time with family and friends, especially her cat, Tony.
Manny Tandugon, PTA
Manny graduated from Carrington College in 2024 with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant. Manny is originally from the Philippines and is trilingual in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya. Manny had previously torn his ACL while training in Muay Thai and needed physical therapy services after surgery. This personal experience fueled his passion for supporting patients through every step of their recovery. Manny enjoys martial arts and basketball.

Community Involvement
Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.
Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

OrthoVive Joint Health
Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint.
