Patrick Williams, P.T., DPT
Patrick is a market manager who oversees the Blue Diamond, Southern Highlands, South Jones, Raider's Way and Paseo Verde clinics. He earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Nevada. He also earned certification in trigger point dry needling. Patrick was born in Seal Beach, California, but grew up in Henderson, Nevada. He enjoys treating patients of all kinds and is experienced in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, orthopedics and dry needling. Patrick also enjoys treating runners to keep them healthy and back on the roads.
Alex Brownell, P.T., DPT, CSCS
Alex earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science with minors in psychology and biological sciences. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from Columbia University in 2022 and is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Alex is dedicated to her patients' recovery, believing the greatest honor is to guide them toward a healthier self.
Alex grew up in Los Angeles and has lived in several cities, including New York City, where she was able to work as a physical therapist on Broadway and with the American Ballet Theater. She moved to Las Vegas to continue providing great care to a community in need.
Alex enjoys playing pickleball, weightlifting, yoga and spending time with her dog. She also enjoys traveling the world with her husband and reading novels while trying new coffee spots in town.
Joelle Pinjuv-Turney, P.T., DPT
Joelle earned a bachelor's degree in 2013 from the University of Nevada, Reno, and doctorate in physical therapy in 2018 from Touro University of Nevada. She specializes in orthopedics and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Joelle also earned certifications in pelvic health and is pursuing board certification. Physical therapy has always been her primary passion, including obstetrics and post-natal rehabilitation. She loves outdoor activities including backpacking and she conquered Mt. Whitney in Spring 2022.
Amanda Singh, P.T., DPT
Amanda earned a bachelor's degree in health science and went on to earn her doctorate in physical therapy from Andrews University in 2012. She also earned a certification of trigger point dry needling. Amanda provides personalized care to best help her patients meet their own goals. She utilizes manual therapy techniques and functional strengthening to rehabilitate from a whole body approach. Amanda is new to Las Vegas and is enjoying exploring the area with her husband and young children.
Isaiah Taylor, P.T., DPT
Isaiah earned his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2025, following a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in 2020. He began his career with Select Physical Therapy, where he worked from 2020 to 2022, and has completed continuing education in concussion rehabilitation and making cultural connections. Isaiah has a strong clinical interest in treating vestibular and concussion-related conditions. Outside of the center, he enjoys playing and watching basketball, spending time with friends, traveling and watching anime. Originally from Maryland, Texas and California, Isaiah also knows how to put a crab to sleep!
Jerome Bagtas, PTA
Jerome earned an associate degree in physical therapy from Pima Medical Institute in 2019. He brings a family level treatment to his community to make his patients feel more comfortable with their healing journey. Jerome was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, and is fully proficient with orthopedic physical therapy. He enjoys treating patients of all backgrounds and conditions, is experienced in vestibular therapy and has a passion for promoting wellness for all while maintaining his kindness, empathy and positive core values.
Michelle Chang, PTA
Michelle was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and is fully bilingual in English and Mandarin. She moved to Las Vegas in 1999 and participated in high school cross country and track and field. Because of that experience she developed a love and interest for movement and exercise science. She earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and continued to her associate degree for physical therapy assistant at Carrington College. Michelle has specialties in pelvic floor function, vestibular/concussion therapy and amputee rehabilitation. Michelle believes in the power of physical therapy for one's recovery and quality of life.
Adrienne Capulong, OTR/L
Adrienne earned a bachelor's degree in occupational health and well-being and went on to earn a master's degree in occupational therapy from Towson University in 2019. She also holds a national board certification of occupational therapy. Adrienne brings a fun and fresh approach to occupational therapy. She hails from Corona, California, but has lived in Baltimore, Philadelphia and Honolulu, which allows her to treat patients with a diverse and open mind. Adrienne enjoys working as a hand therapist in outpatient orthopedics, especially making orthotics for her post-operative patients. She likes to play electric guitar and listen to K-pop in her spare time!

Community Involvement
Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.
Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint.
