Our Team

Maryanne Schomig, OTR/L, CHT

Maryanne is the center manager at the Seven Hills location. She earned a master's degree in occupational therapy in 2010 from Touro University Nevada. She is a certified hand therapist, earned a certificate in Graston technique and is a credentialed clinical instructor. Mary is active in the Nevada Occupational Therapy Association and held a position as the Southern District Chair from 2012-2014.

Natalie Anderton, P.T., DPT

Natalie earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2010 and doctorate in physical therapy in 2014 from the University of Utah. She earned certifications in advanced synergy dry needling, smart cuff blood flow restriction and Vasyli custom orthotic molder. Natalie is also a credentialed clinical instructor.

Ashley Flores, P.T., DPT

Ashley Flores is a physical therapist who earned her bachelor's degree in community health sciences with a focus in kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Reno. She went on to receive her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. Ashley is a credentialed clinical instructor and has been practicing since 2023, with a special interest in orthopedics and oncology. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking, reading and visiting Disneyland. She also loves spending time with her family, friends and their dog.

Beau Haven Gronert, P.T., DPT

Beau earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2015 from Northern Arizona University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2018 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He earned certifications in Synergy dry needling - advanced, smart cuff blood flow restriction and Vasyli custom orthotic molder.

BreAnn Hill, P.T., DPT

BreAnn is a physical therapist who earned her undergraduate degree in kinesiology with an allied health focus from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Southern California.

Since beginning her practice in 2022, she has developed a strong clinical interest in orthopedic injury rehabilitation, balance and vestibular dysfunction and sport-specific recovery. BreAnn holds specialized training in the evaluation and management of the overhead athlete, vestibular rehabilitation, post-rotator cuff repair care in older adults and non-needling treatment of tender and trigger points.

Before becoming a physical therapist, she traveled the world as a professional figure skater with Disney on Ice for four years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring the outdoors.

Zachary Nyman, P.T.,DPT

Zach is a physical therapist with a strong foundation in clinical practice and fitness training. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Touro University and has completed functional dry needling training, adding to his skill set for treating musculoskeletal conditions.

With a year-plus of physical therapy experience and four years of personal training experience, he brings a well-rounded and movement-focused approach to patient care.

Zach enjoys snowboarding, hiking, surfing, lifting weights and playing football with his dog at the park. A fun fact about him is that he played college baseball.

Mandy Ye, P.T., DPT

Mandy earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University at Buffalo and her doctorate in physical therapy from Mercy College. She is certified in dry needling and has pursued continuing education in concussion rehabilitation and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Mandy has developed a special interest in sports rehabilitation and orthopedics. Outside of work, she enjoys napping with her cats, reading, spending time with loved ones, traveling and hiking. Mandy is currently working on visiting every national park in the United States.

Dan Nario, PTA

Dan is a licensed physical therapist assistant with more than five years of clinical experience. He earned his bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a focus in exercise science from California State University, San Bernardino, and his associate degree in physical therapist assistant from Stanbridge University. Dan has clinical expertise in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and has a strong interest in sports medicine, orthopedics, gerontology and neurology. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, running, biking and spending time with his dogs. He is passionate about helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life.

Brittney Roberts, OTD, OTR/L

Brittney is an occupational therapist who earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from California State University, Bakersfield, and her doctorate in occupational therapy from Touro University Nevada. She has a special interest in hand therapy, post-operative care and custom splinting. Brittney is passionate about helping her patients regain function and independence through personalized, evidence-based care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing with her cat, watching baseball and playing pickleball. Her well-rounded approach to therapy reflects both her clinical expertise and her active lifestyle.

Community Involvement

Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.

Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

OrthoVive Joint Health

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint. Our therapists can enhance the results of non-surgical treatments and when surgery is needed, serve as your guide and coach maximizing the use of your new joint.
