Sarah Delara, P.T., DPT
A multi-site manager, Sarah earned her bachelor's degree in health sciences from Boise State University in 2014 and her doctorate in physical therapy from Touro University in 2018. She has earned certifications in dry needling and custom orthotic molding and completed research in Kinesio tape technique. She previously volunteered for wheelchair basketball tournaments and Special Olympic events. Sarah enjoys the feeling of seeing her patients achieve positive results.
Maria Oteyza, PTA
Maria is the site supervisor for the Paseo Verde center. She earned a bachelor's degree in business studies from the University of Westminster, London, United Kingdom, in 2008. She also earned an associate degree in the physical therapist assistant program from South Western Illinois College in 2015. She was born and raised in London and moved to the United States in 2014. Maria enjoys treating patients of all conditions and is experienced in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, as well as orthopedics. She enjoys spending time with her family and her Yorkshire terrier. Maria also enjoys watching movies, strength training, reading, exploring new cuisines and traveling.
Jynelle Arches, P.T., DPT
Jynelle earned a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and went on to earn her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2024. She is the head of the concussion and vestibular rehabilitation programs in Nevada. Jynelle was born and raised in Las Vegas and loves to bake, draw and has a background in aerial fitness. She strives to provide compassionate health care that also educates patients and empowers them to make meaningful lifestyle changes.
Michelle Campbell, P.T., DPT, CLT
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Michelle specializes in cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema management. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, individualized care and supporting patients throughout their recovery and long-term wellness journeys.
Michelle earned her bachelor's degree in exercise physiology from Ohio University in 2001 and her doctorate in physical therapy from Regis University in 2005. She is also a certified manual lymph drainage and combined decongestive therapist through the Dr. Vodder School of North America. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, skiing, running and practicing yoga.
Saint Gelacio, P.T., DPT
Saint is a skilled physical therapist with a strong passion for sports medicine and manual therapy techniques that support recovery and performance.
Saint is committed to helping patients achieve their goals through personalized, evidence-based care. He who earned his degree from Touro University Nevada.
Saint enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, playing basketball and exploring new food spots as a foodie.
Kerry Goral, P.T., DPT
Kerry earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and went on to earn his doctorate in physical therapy from Touro University-Nevada in 2023. He is dry needling certified. Kerry is an orthopedic physical therapist who brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. He was born and raised in Orange, California, and has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the past 11 years. Kerry enjoys treating patients of all backgrounds and conditions and has a passion for helping to provide tools for his patients to return to their previous level of activity with a focus on orthopedic and sports-related rehabilitation.

Community Involvement
Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.
Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint.
