Ashley Scott, PTA, Center Manager
Ashley earned a bachelor's degree in dance in 2005 from the University of Arizona and associate degree in the physical therapy assistant program in 2017 from the College of Southern Nevada. Ashley also earned certification as a physical therapy instructor. She believes there is nothing more rewarding than working with kids, maximizing their independence with functional mobility and watching them grow. Ashley has worked with children as young as six-weeks old all the way up to 20 years of age and with diagnoses such as torticollis, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, idiopathic toe walking, developmental delay, autism, etc. Ashley's goal is to create a center culture with a multidisciplinary approach that allows children with disabilities and families to succeed in life.
Kayla Ashby, P.T., DPT
Kayla earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Southern Utah University and a doctorate in physical therapy from Rocky Mountain University. She has a passion for working with children of all ages and abilities. Kayla is particularly dedicated to treating pediatric patients with bowel and bladder conditions, using a compassionate, individualized approach to care. Her extensive training and experience in pelvic health enable her to provide effective, evidence-based treatments that promote both physical and emotional well-being. Kayla is committed to helping children reach their full potential through personalized care that is designed to meet each child's unique needs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, hiking and crafting.
Anna Low, P.T., DPT, ACM
Anna earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and a doctorate in physical therapy in 2018 from Touro University. She is also a certified clinical instructor.
Anna enjoys treating kids of all ages and abilities, but has a background with kids under the age of 3 with significant developmental delay. She loves the fast-paced and positive atmosphere of working in pediatrics and the joy it brings to the kids and their families as they reach their goals.
Kersee Kong, PTA
Kersee was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from UNLV and her physical therapy Assistant associate degree from PIMA Medical Institute. She completed two clinical rotations at Dignity before joining the team in 2022. She has always known she wanted to work with children and loves the energy and unpredictability they bring to each day. She enjoys the multidisciplinary approach Dignity offers and loves seeing the patients grow and learn every day.
Katibelle Dicker, OTD, OTR/L
Katibelle earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a minor in early childhood development in 2021 from Oregon State University. She then obtained her doctorate in occupational therapy in 2024 from Touro University Nevada. Prior to graduation, Katibelle completed her clinical rotations at a local outpatient center treating individuals across the life span, the school district and finally completed her doctoral capstone experience by creating a mental health program for individuals aged 17-66 who experienced a neurological incident. Her favorite part about working with children is helping them reach their fullest potential and the joy of celebrating each new milestone while ensuring a playful and supportive environment. Katibelle enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, reading and dancing to good music.
Kyara Vargas, OTD, OTR/L, ASDCS
Kyara has been practicing as an occupational therapist since 2025 with a primary clinical focus in pediatrics. She is passionate about delivering developmentally appropriate, compassionate and evidence-based care tailored to each child's unique needs.
Kyara earned a doctorate in occupational therapy from Boston University and bachelor's degree in kinesiology at San José State University. She completed specialized training and certifications that support her work with children and families, including the SOS approach to feeding, kinesiology taping and autism spectrum disorder.
Kyara enjoys dancing and swimming, spending quality time with family and friends, attending concerts and exploring new matcha shops.
Rachel Walsh, M.S., OTR/L
Rachel earned a bachelor's degree in social and behavioral sciences (2018) and a master's degree in occupational therapy (2020) from Seton Hall University. She has always had a passion for working with children and enjoys the fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment outpatient pediatrics offers. Her areas of interest include visual perception, executive functioning and sensory integration. Her clinical experiences include K-12 schools, skilled nursing and hand therapy. Rachel moved from New Jersey to Nevada shortly after graduating and passing her boards. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking and traveling. She hopes to advance her knowledge and skills by obtaining an advanced certification in pediatrics by the end of 2025.
Veronica Holguin, M.S., CF-SLP
Veronica earned her bachelor's degree in communication disorders with a minor in counseling and educational psychology from New Mexico State University, followed by a master's degree in medical speech-language pathology from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She began practicing in 2015 and previously worked as a speech-language pathologist assistant in a pediatric therapy center. During her graduate clinical externships, she gained experience with both adult patients in hospital settings and pediatric clients in center and school environments. Veronica is passionate about helping individuals across the lifespan communicate more effectively. In her free time, she enjoys reading and running.
Marifloyd Wright, MHS, CCC-SLP
Marifloyd earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in child development from Vanderbilt University and master's degree from the University of Missouri. Additionally, she is a LEND graduate, 2018-2019. Marifloyd has worked with the pediatric and adult populations with a variety of disorders. In the pediatric population, she has worked with children who have deficits in articulation, language, cognition, reading and pragmatics; stuttering; autism; apraxia; voice disorders; feeding and eating difficulties. Marifloyd's experience includes working in centers across the United States and in Shanghai and Beijing, China. While working in Shanghai, she worked with a pediatric population in clinical, school and hospital settings and wrote best practice guidelines for Olivia's Place and the Chinese government on speech-language topics. Marifloyd has training in the Lidcombe Program, PROMPT, Reading with TLC, Beckman Oral Motor Technique and Interactive Metronome.

Community Involvement
Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.
Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint.
