Freddy Dubois, DPT, MTC
Freddy earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from LSU and went on to earn a doctorate in physical therapy from St. Augustine University in Florida. He also earned a degree in manual therapy. Freddy is the industrial rehabilitation and WorkStrategies® coordinator for the Las Vegas market. He works hard to get patients back to work and normal function. Freddy has vast experience in treating orthopedic and sports medicine injuries along with spinal mobilization and spinal stabilization programs. He performs functional capacity evaluations and post-offer employment testing to initiate returning to work for injured workers and provides objective testing for new employees for a variety of local employers. He has worked as a licensed physical therapist in Las Vegas since 2002 with prior experience in aquatic therapy, rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient orthopedic centers.
Kimberly Zura, P.T., DPT, ATC
Kim earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training and wellness and corporate fitness from Defiance College in 2010 and went on to earn a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Toledo in 2014. She is certified in the Graston technique and dry needling. She specializes in orthopedics, the McKenzie method and sports medicine. Kim was born in Sandusky, Ohio, and moved to Las Vegas in January 2023. She likes to create a comfortable and fun environment for her patients. She enjoys concerts, spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking and working out.
Jhanati Buchanan, P.T., DPT
Jhanati is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and enjoys helping individuals improve function and achieve their personal movement goals.
Jhanati earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She leads an active and well-balanced lifestyle. She enjoys working out, reading a good thriller, watching reality TV, traveling with her husband and spending time with her goldendoodle. Jhanati has lived on three different continents, traveled to 25+ countries and is always looking forward to adding more destinations to her list.
Nathan Barrows, PTA
Nathan is a lifelong resident of Southern Nevada. He graduated from CSN in 1995 with his associate degree in physical therapist assistant. He has spent the last 30 years working in multiple settings, including hospitals, home health and outpatient centers. He has had the opportunity to work alongside great physical therapists helping to restore patients to physical health. He finished a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration in 2021. As well as being a family man, Nathan spent more than 20 years as a scout leader helping dozens of young men to the rank of Eagle Scout. He has a great love for the outdoors and hikes throughout the desert southwest when he can.
Nathan Ricksecker, PTA
Nate is a dedicated physical therapist assistant (PTA) with five years of experience who has had the privilege of treating a wide range of patients, from athletes to those recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain. This diverse experience has made him well-rounded and equipped to face any challenge head-on. Nate is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and live with less pain. Whether it's guiding patients through recovery or improving their overall well-being, Nate takes pride in making a positive impact in his community. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, practicing Jiu-Jitsu and exploring the evolving world of digital currency. Balancing science, movement and mindfulness, Nate is committed to empowering others to build stronger bodies and healthier lives, one step at a time.
Martha Pros, PTA
Martha is a certified physical therapist assistant. She received her associate degree in 2017 from Pima Medical Institute in Seattle.
Martha enjoys helping a variety of people, including athletes and the geriatric population with an emphasis on arthritis, joint replacements and balance disorders. She helps patients restore mobility and activities of daily living, increase fitness levels and reduce overall pain. Martha has a special interest in Parkinson's disease and helping those patients regain larger movements with physical activity.

Community Involvement
Dignity Health Physical Therapy provides athletic training coverage for the Clark County School District, including Bishop Gorman and Faith Lutheran, servicing over 300,000 students.
Our athletic trainers work with the student athletes, their parents, coaches and team physicians to help injured athletes return to their sport in a safe, efficient manner. With 20 outpatient physical therapy centers throughout Las Vegas, our team of physical therapists assist in the recovery and prevention aspect alongside our athletic trainers.

Dedicated to managing discomfort and loss of function, OrthoVive Joint Health meets you where you are in your osteoarthritis, or degenerative joint disease journey, treating the condition and extending the life of your joint.
