Our Team

Corey Ackley, P.T., DPT, Center Manager

Corey graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy in 2019 and enjoys helping patients decrease their pain and improve their mobility, strength and balance. He enjoys attending continuing education courses in order to provide patients with the best evidence-based treatment. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two golden retrievers.

Danielle Labrador, P.T., DPT

Danielle was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science in 2017 from California State University, Long Beach and doctorate in physical therapy in 2022 from Touro University, Nevada. She is passionate about helping women with pelvic floor dysfunction regain their confidence in their daily lives. Danielle loves to do Pilates, play golf and explore new restaurants in Las Vegas.

Martha Pros, PTA

Martha earned a bachelor's degree in community health and worksite wellness from Eastern Washington University and an associate's degree in physical therapy assistant from Pima Medical Institute. She enjoys helping athletes, geriatrics with an emphasis of helping those with arthritis, joint replacements and balance disorders. Martha likes to help patients restore mobility, activities of daily living, increase fitness levels and reduce overall pain. She has a special interest with Parkinson's disease and helping those regain larger movements with physical therapy. Martha participates in group exercise classes, lifting weights, trail and mountain running, biking and hiking with her husband and dog.

Meridith Goforth, P.T., DPT, OCS

Meridith is a market manager who oversees the Boca Park, Centennial, Tenaya and West Flamingo centers. She received a doctorate of physical therapy from Creighton University in 2016, and is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses, and strives to give them the tools they need to maximize function and meet their goals. As a former ballet dancer, Meridith particularly enjoys treating performing artists. When not working, she enjoys gardening and running with her two dogs.

Miguel Cartagena, P.T., DPT

Miguel earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton and doctorate of physical therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Miguel grew up in the Philippines and moved to southern California for college. Now working in Las Vegas, Miguel works with all age groups and skill levels and provides them with the confidence and education they need to get back to their optimal function. Miguel likes to watch the NBA, play tennis and explore new hiking trails.

Kevork Torossian , PTA

Kevork graduated from the physical therapy assistant program at Union County College in New Jersey in 2021. He moved to Las Vegas in October of 2022 with his wife. He has always wanted to be part of something bigger, and finds it very fulfilling to help people resolve their pain and dysfunction. He is ecstatic to be a part of the Tenaya team to promote wellness to the patients. During the weekends Kevork enjoys spending time with his family, trying new restaurants with his wife and driving his car.
