Our Team

Meridith Goforth, P.T., DPT, OCS

Meridith is the center manager of the Tenaya clinic. She received a doctorate of physical therapy in 2016 from Creighton University. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and diagnoses, and strives to give them the tools they need to maximize function and meet their goals. As a former ballet dancer, Meridith particularly enjoys treating performing artists. She is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. She enjoys gardening and running with her two dogs.

Guang Orestes, P.T., DPT

Guang received a doctorate of physical therapy in 2017 from Boston University. Since that time, she has been learning from her patients and colleagues, expanding her practice knowledge and exploring ways to help patients move and improve. Guang uses hands-on therapy techniques, varied mobility, strength and balance building strategies to help patients meet their goals. Guang has special interests in treating people who are experiencing pelvic floor, abdominal and genital dysfunction. She is also dry needling certified. She enjoys climbing, cycling, camping and disc golfing.

Phil Seitz, COTA

Philip brings 20 years of experience and a high level of passion to help patients reach their full potential. Phil grew up in Dayton, Ohio and has been practicing occupational therapy in Las Vegas since 1995 in a wide variety of medical settings. He enjoys helping patients achieve their highest functional recovery.

Tim Hipkins, PTA

Tim was born and raised in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Tim enjoys treating patients of all kinds, and has more than 20 years of experience in physical therapy. Tim enjoys Martial Arts and training his dogs.

Corey Ackley, P.T., DPT

Corey earned a doctorate of physical therapy and enjoys helping patients decrease their pain and improve their mobility, strength and balance. He enjoys attending continuing education courses in order to provide patients with the best evidence-based treatment. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two golden retrievers.

Brianna Burkard, P.T., DPT

Brianna was raised in St. Cloud, Florida and graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Brianna believes in the use of hands-on therapy and progressive strengthening to help improve patients’ function. She enjoys traveling to National Parks, working out and exploring new places.

Nakia Robinson, P.T., DPT

Nakia was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She obtained a doctorate in physical therapy in 2018 from Belmont University. At the beginning of 2021, she relocated to Las Vegas to pursue her passion of specializing in pelvic health. In order to create a safe and relaxing space for patients, she likes to incorporate Yoga and Pilates into her practice. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Honey, and exploring the Las Vegas food scene. She is open to all restaurant suggestions.

Janet Lamoree, PTA

Janet is the amputee program coordinator and passionate about helping those with limb loss. She has been dedicated to helping patients regain function and independence for more than 30 years. If she is not travelling for a limb loss event, you may find her exploring the outdoors with her family and two dogs or doing home improvements. Janet loves NASCAR and is a dedicated 49ers fan.

Dillon Viner, MOT, OTR/L

Dillon was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV where he received a master's degree in occupational therapy OT from Touro University. Dillon greatly values helping patients reach their maximum potential. He enjoys participating in continuing education courses to provide exceptional care and help patients meet their goals. In his free time, Dillon enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Ogi Milicevic, PTA

Ogi was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, where he graduated from the Medical College of Professional Studies as a Professional Physiotherapist. He practiced physical therapy for three years with the professional soccer club, Red Star Belgrade, before moving to the United States. Ogi enjoys hiking, swimming and playing social games with his friends.

Tyler Satoshige, P.T., DPT

Tyler was born and raised on Maui and graduated with a doctorate of physical therapy from UNLV. Tyler believes in the use of hands-on therapy to assist patients in decreasing their symptoms and improving their function. He is compassionate and invested in his patients' health and well-being. Tyler has special interests in working with youth sports populations. He spends his free time outdoors with his Labrador Retriever.

Programs

  • Multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation program including physical, occupational and speech therapy.
