Our Team

Dillon Fahr, PTA

Dillon earned a bachelor's degree in sports and entertainment marketing from California State University, San Bernardino and an associate's degree in physical therapy assistant from Pima Medical Institute. Dillon was born in South Lake Tahoe, CA and moved to Las Vegas in 1997. He makes treatment sessions an enjoyable environment for patients while striving to get them back to prior level of function. Dillon enjoys going to the gym, playing softball, boating and relaxing.

Jon Nicastro, DPT, CSCS

Jon earned an associate's degree in physical therapy in 2004 from Hesser College, bachelor's degree in biology in 2008 from Keene State College and doctorate of physical therapy in 2014 from Franklin Pierce University. He was raised in Alton, NH and worked as a traveling therapist for many years. Jon enjoys working with the athletic and CrossFit population both as a therapist and as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has a particular interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Growing up Jon enjoyed playing baseball for his high school and is the physical therapist for Foothills High School.

Vernon Soto, PTA

Vernon earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Las Vegas, NV and an associate degree in physical therapy assistant from Carrington College. Vernon treats patients with compassion and understanding and believes in providing the best care possible. He was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Maui. Vernon enjoys being active and you can find him golfing, playing basketball or hiking a trail at Red Rock.

Noemi Fandinola, P.T., DPT

Noemi earned a bachelor of science in physical therapy from Pines City College, Philippines in 2002. She went on to earn a doctorate of physical therapy form Dominican College, New York in 2016. Noemi has a diverse working experience of more than 10 years evaluating and effectively managing treatment of patients in physical therapy. Noemi is an advocate of manual therapy such as muscle manipulation, joint mobilization and joint manipulation in treating musculoskeletal pain and disability.

Pia Dubois, OTR/L, CHT

Pia earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from the University of the Philippines and has been a certified hand therapist since 1999. She specializes in restoring function to individuals after injury, trauma or surgery to the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. A team member for more than 15 years, she has experience in managing acute orthopedic injuries and conditions such as wrist and finger fractures, tendon repairs, arthritis, fingertip amputations and repetitive strain injuries. Pia has worked in close quarters with a number of board certified hand surgeons in the Las Vegas market. She is a recurrent guest lecturer for the occupational therapy program at Touro University speaking on various hand therapy topics. She organized the first Select Therapy Hand Symposium in Las Vegas which featured therapists from throughout the country as well as local physicians.

Freddy Dubois, DPT, MTC

Freddy earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from LSU and went on to earn a doctorate in physical therapy from St. Augustine University in Florida. He also earned a degree in manual therapy. Freddy is the industrial rehabilitation and WorkStrategies® coordinator for the Las Vegas market. He works hard to get patients back to work and normal function. Freddy has vast experience in treating orthopedic and sports medicine injuries along with spinal mobilization and spinal stabilization programs. He performs functional capacity evaluations and post-offer employment testing to initiate returning to work for injured workers and provides objective testing for new employees for a variety of local employers. He has worked as a licensed physical therapist in Las Vegas since 2002 with prior experience in aquatic therapy, rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient orthopedic centers.
