Our Team

Freddy Dubois, DPT, MTC

Freddy is the center manager for the Henderson location. He is also the industrial rehabilitation and WorkStrategies® coordinator for our Las Vegas market. He works hard to get patients back to work and normal function. Freddy earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 1999 from Louisiana State University and master's degree and doctorate of physical therapy in 2002 from St. Augustine University. He also earned manual therapy certification. Freddy has vast experience in treating orthopedic and sports medicine injuries along with spinal mobilization and spinal stabilization programs. He performs functional capacity evaluations and post-offer employment testing to initiate returning to work for injured workers and provides objective testing for new employees for a variety of local employers. He has worked as a licensed physical therapist in Las Vegas since 2002 with prior experience in aquatic therapy, rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient orthopedic centers.

Julie Hanson, P.T., DPT

Julie earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2000 from Creighton University and manual therapy certification. She was first introduced to physical therapy when she worked as physical therapy aide as a teenager. She enjoyed watching people achieve their goals as they overcame physical limitations. Julie worked as an outpatient physical therapist in Texas and Colorado before returning to Henderson in 2010. She completed a part-time manual therapy residency program for additional training in hands-on treatment approaches to soft tissue and joint injury. Julie enjoys treating a variety of orthopaedic and post-surgical conditions. She loves interacting with people, helping to decrease pain and assisting others in returning to a desired level of function.

Pia Dubois, OTR/L, CHT

Pia earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from the University of the Philippines and has been a certified hand therapist since 1999. She specializes in restoring function to individuals after injury, trauma or surgery to the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. A Select team member for more than 15 years, she has experience in managing acute orthopaedic injuries and conditions such as wrist and finger fractures, tendon repairs, arthritis, fingertip amputations and repetitive strain injuries. Pia has worked in close quarters with a number of board certified hand surgeons in the Las Vegas market. She is a recurrent guest lecturer for the occupational therapy program at Touro University speaking on various hand therapy topics. She organized the first Select Therapy Hand Symposium in Las Vegas which featured therapists from throughout the country as well as local physicians.

Alyse Lysgaard, MOT, OTR/L

Alyse earned a bachelor's degree in rehabilitative studies and master's degree in occupational therapy in 2018 from College of Saint Mary. She also received certifications in physical agent modalities and myofascial cupping techniques. Her mission is to provide client-centered and evidence-based care to her patients. Alyse strives to provide gentle, skilled and compassionate care to return the patient back to independence with daily life skills. She loves getting to know people, fly fishing, playing tennis, football or any kind of sports and being with family and friends.

Jeffrey Haines, PTA

Jeffrey earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2008 from Pennsylvania State University and associate's degree as a physical therapy assistant in 2010 from the Community College of Allegheny County. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has a passion for promoting wellness for all.

Darrin Hurdsman, OTR/L

Darrin earned an associate's degree in 1989 from the College of Eastern Utah and bachelor's degree in occupational therapy in 1997 from Colorado State University. Darrin served in the Army National Guard for eight years and was part of the 1457 Engineer Battalion where his unit was activated during Desert Storm. From 1990-1992 he went on a service mission to South America-Peru and to the Dominican Republic. He enjoys the Peruvian culture and enjoys the opportunity to use the Spanish language he learned while in Peru. Darrin has worked in a variety of rural and suburban settings. He enjoys the challenges of splinting, serial casting and functional positioning.

Jon Nicastro, DPT, CSCS

Jon earned an associate's degree in physical therapy in 2004 from Hesser College, bachelor's degree in biology in 2008 from Keene State College and doctorate of physical therapy in 2014 from Franklin Pierce University. He was raised in Alton, NH and worked as a traveling therapist for many years. Jon enjoys working with the athletic and CrossFit population both as a therapist and as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has a particular interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Growing up Jon enjoyed playing baseball for his high school and is the physical therapist for Foothills High School.

Noemi Fandinola, P.T., DPT

Noemi earned a bachelor of science in physical therapy from Pines City College, Philippines in 2002. She went on to earn a doctorate of physical therapy form Dominican College, New York in 2016. Noemi has a diverse working experience of more than 10 years evaluating and effectively managing treatment of patients in physical therapy. Noemi is an advocate of manual therapy such as muscle manipulation, joint mobilization and joint manipulation in treating musculoskeletal pain and disability.

Jerome Bagtas, PTA

Jerome earned an associates in physical therapy from Pima Medical Institute in 2019. He believes treating others like family will help patients feel more at ease with their road to recovery. Jerome was born in Jersey City, New Jersey and moved to Las Vegas in 2008. Now being a Vegas resident, he thrives to help his community get back in motion to the best of his abilities.

Programs

  • Multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation program including physical, occupational and speech therapy.
